Information relating to our Covid Secure procedures here at Meadowside Studio.

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO STAY COVID SECURE.

 

  • Automatic hand Sanitiser station at entrance for use before clients buzz into the reception area.

  • hand sanitisers around the studio and client areas for convenience

  • Makeup Artists have UK Covid-19 certificates and up to date insurance

  • All Non-disposable Hair & Beauty tools sanitised thoroughly before each session. Disposable applicators disposed off after each session

  • All Makeup and products are sanitised after use using Isopropanol ensuring fresh products for each application

  • Face-shields / Masks/ PPE For staff as required depending on amount of client contact & role

  • Touch points, furniture and all client facing areas and non client work areas will be sanitised and cleaned regularly after each session.

  • Minimised team with social distancing in work areas and regular hand washing required

  • Dedicated studio time for each client to stop overlap and foot flow in client facing areas and studios

  • Temperature screening on arrival using non contact thermometer

  • Details securely kept inline with GDPR and NHS Track and Trace

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU.

 

Please do not enter the studio if you have displayed any of the symptoms related to COVID-19, these include:

A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

  • Please rearrange your appointment if you have been in contact with anyone suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 and follow NHS Guidelines

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid overlaps and delays

  • Temperature is taken and recorded on arrival to the studio

  • Face coverings are required however you will not need a mask for Hair and Makeup or during the session.

  • Masks are required for viewing sessions due to the close proximity in the Cinema Suite

  • Please ensure you sanitise your hands on arrival using the dispenser at the door
